  除了說(shuō)明書(shū)上注明有效期的品種外，藥品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)一般沒(méi)有像藥品一樣設(shè)置有效期。在規(guī)定的儲(chǔ)存和使用條件下，我所定期進(jìn)行特性量值的穩(wěn)定性核查，若發(fā)現(xiàn)影響使用將及時(shí)公布相關(guān)信息。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)一般應(yīng)密閉、避光保存，對(duì)有特殊儲(chǔ)存要求（如低溫、避光等）的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)，說(shuō)明書(shū)上均有說(shuō)明，今后標(biāo)簽上也將注明。建議不要一次購(gòu)買(mǎi)大量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)，以免儲(chǔ)存不當(dāng)出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題。
目前含量測(cè)定用的化學(xué)對(duì)照品的標(biāo)簽及說(shuō)明書(shū)均賦有量值，以前發(fā)放的部分中藥化學(xué)含量測(cè)定用未賦值的品種，按 00.0%計(jì)。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)說(shuō)明書(shū)上對(duì)使用前是否需要干燥等情況，均有相關(guān)說(shuō)明。除另有規(guī)定外，對(duì)照藥材不需要特殊處理。
對(duì)照品測(cè)定請(qǐng)按中提供的條件考察自己的色譜條件因素。色譜不出峰一般來(lái)講有如下原因：
一是色譜條件不合適；
二是信號(hào)采集時(shí)衰減過(guò)高，建議減小衰減；
三是采集時(shí)間過(guò)短，建議增加采集時(shí)間。
